• Passenger registration will coincide with pilot breifing
• Propane refill 7:00 - 9:00pm
• Pilot party starts at 8:00PM (Todd & Christina's - 78 Knight St, Glens Falls, NY 12801

Saturday

• Pilot Briefing/Passenger Registration approx 5:15AM.
• Mass Ascension approx 6:30AM
• Propane refill 8:00 - 10:00AM
• Golf - 9-hole scramble 11:00AM - 2:00PM.
• Pilot briefing/Passenger registration @ 4:00PM
• Mass Ascension approx 5:15pm
• Propane refill 7:00PM - 9:00PM
• BlackSheep "Drink Together" at Kingswood Golf Course with optional moon glow

Sunday

• Pilot briefing at 5:15AM
• Mass Ascension approx 6:30AM
• Propane refill 8:00AM - 10:00AM
• Farewell brunch @ Kingswood Golf Course 11:00AM (Prices coming)
• Pilot briefing/Passenger registration 4:00PM
• Mass Ascension approx 5:15PM
