Our credit card purchasing has changed a little bit.  When you are ready to checkout, click the paypal button that has "check out with paypal" on it.

Then when you navigate to the paypal page, click the link that says "Don't have a paypal account? No problem, continue to checkout".  You will now be prompted to use a credit card.
